Tracey brings over twenty years of commercial accounting experience, having worked in both the multi-national and SME space. As a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants since 1994 she has taken responsibility variously for strategy planning, budget, cash management, company secretariat, pensions and staff management. Tracey has been involved in management buyouts, liaising with MBO teams within a series of complex group structures. Having spent ten years as Financial Director for a construction industry group, she saw their growth go from one trading company with a turnover of £6m to a combined turnover of £21m through acquisition and organic growth. Within this structure Tracey was responsible for the finance function across seven group and three associated companies. Prior to joining 8020, Tracey worked as Business Analyst for a £40m division of a national infrastructure support services company. Her passion however lies with SME business, her thoroughness of approach and eye for detail targeting annual savings through a full review of the finance function and highlighting areas for enhanced efficiency. Tracey is very comfortable delivering at board level. She demonstrates highly attuned interpersonal skills, from liaising with auditors to negotiating with banks, through to exit strategy planning for key personnel. |
