Dawn joined 8020 after many years as an accountant, having worked in different sectors, from automotive to recruitment. She is FIAB qualified and undertook a certificate of accounting through the Open University. Dawn’s approach is always pragmatic and she is a very hands-on member of the management teams that she works with. Within her current portfolio Dawn oversees the financial management of a restaurant group comprising eight companies; she has streamlined operational and process to enable real-time financial reporting. Having recreated the reporting format for managers, regular communications are now enabled along with timely reconciliation and monitoring across the group. Further savings have been made as the management team now have a clear view on stock reporting. In summary, Dawn has streamlined operational and process elements to enable valuable, visible financial reporting. Dawn also works well within a green field situation, implementing process and procedure to achieve targeted outputs. |
