“Our business has grown exponentially over the past 18 months, and we soon realised that we could not continue to manage the financial side of this all on our own. That was when our accountant recommended 8020 financial management to us.

The first thing Nathan did was to help us prepare a Business Plan with full Profit & Loss, Balance sheet and Cash flow forecasts. This plan helped us to completely restructure the way our business is financed, meaning that we can now concentrate on growing the business further, confident in the knowledge that we have the funding in place to do so. On top of that 8020 was able to source us a good deal on a new company car, as well as help us to finance a lease deal on new office furniture and equipment.

On a day-to-day basis, 8020 has streamlined our processing by introducing an improved accounts software package, to help deal with our complicated foreign currency transactions. We have also employed someone on a part-time basis to manage the sales and purchase order processing, and we were more than happy to let Nathan take on the full responsibility for recruiting and interviewing for this role.

We now have much more time to concentrate on the bigger picture, and thinking more strategically about the business. We find this much easier to do now we have up-to-date monthly management accounts to base our decisions on.
